The AVAGALEFOOD Promise

We take pride in the quality of our food and service. If any experience you have of us leaves a bad taste, we make it our priority to get things right.

Quality Issues

Due to the perishable nature of our goods (food and beverages), we are unable to accept returns in the traditional sense. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of the food provided:

  • You must contact us immediately (within 24 hours of the event).
  • We may request photographic evidence of the issue.
  • If the fault is ours, we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the specific circumstances.

Please note: We are unable to deal with complaints raised more than 5 days after the event date.

Late or Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver or attempt to deliver your order on the agreed date/time window:

  • If the delay exceeds 2 hours beyond the intended delivery time and significantly impacts your event, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
  • If your order is not delivered at all on the intended date, you are entitled to a full refund.

We are not liable for non-delivery if the address provided was incorrect or if no one was available to receive the delivery at the agreed time/location.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that banks might take 3-5 working days to refund the amount to your card.
