Terms of Service

By placing an order with AVAGALEFOOD LTD ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Age Restriction

You must be over 18 to place an order for any services that include alcoholic beverages. By placing such an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are over the age of 18.

2. Order Acceptance Policy

All orders received are subject to acceptance by AVAGALEFOOD LTD. We reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

3. Order Changes Policy

If you wish to change your order (e.g., menu selection, guest count, delivery address), please contact us immediately. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes requested at least 48 hours before the event date.

During exceptionally busy seasons (e.g., Christmas, Summer Wedding Season), we cannot guarantee to accept order changes within 96 hours of the intended delivery/event date.

Once orders have been 'assigned to production' (ingredients purchased and prep started), no major changes can be accepted.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can normally be cancelled up to 72 hours before the intended delivery/event date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a charge to cover costs incurred (e.g., ingredients already purchased).

During peak seasons, we require 7 days notice for cancellations.

5. Ingredient Availability and Substitution

All our menus are subject to the availability of fresh ingredients. In the event of supply difficulties or quality issues with specific ingredients, we reserve the right to substitute them with alternatives of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. If you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, please discuss this with our team.

6. Payment Terms

Our website uses a secure checkout system. Payment must be cleared prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We cannot fulfill orders where payment has not been successfully processed.

7. Delivery and Service

We always do our very best to ensure your food arrives on your chosen date and time. However, rare occasions such as adverse weather, traffic accidents, or other events beyond our control may cause delays.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Products delivered if caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All copy, images, and menu designs on this website are owned by AVAGALEFOOD LTD and protected by Copyright. Unauthorised infringement of copyright may result in legal action.
